Historic Woodburn city hall being transformed into residential care facility

After decades of vacancy, Woodburn’s Old City Hall building will soon have a new purpose.

The city of Woodburn has announced that the historic building is being transformed into a residential care facility.

The old city hall building was constructed in 1914, and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1979. Designed by architect George M.
