Florida resident cashes in $2 million with a $10 ticket

HOLLY HILL, Fla. (CBS12) — A Central Florida man turned $10 into $2 million playing a scratch-off game.

The Florida Lottery announced on Tuesday that Holly Hill resident, Bryan Hyers, claimed a top prize of $2 million from the Monopoly Secret Vault scratch-off game.
