SOUTH WHITLEY, Ind. (WPTA) – A South Whitley woman is suing the town and a former officer after a controversial traffic stop in January of 2024.
A video of the traffic stop went viral in April. It shows then 18-year-old Vivian Augustus being dragged from her car into the pavement.
