Two educators charged after incidents with special needs students

Two Upstate educators are facing charges in separate incidents involving special needs students.

The Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office says 44 year old, Mary Simmons Dobbins of Woodruff was arrested last week on a charge of cruelty to children.
