Suspect Charged with Armed Robbery of Smyrna Business

Treveon Jeremiah Hogges of Suwanee is accused of using a loaded Glock 17 handgun to threaten a female employee of Ace Cash Express, 2697 Spring Road SE in Smyrna, in an attempt to steal money from the business’ safe on Jan 16 at 9:15 a.m., according to an arrest warrant from the Smyrna Police Department.

Hogges fired his weapon at the front door and side windows of the business during the robbery attempt, causing over $500 in damages. He fired his weapon at two police officers before fleeing the location, according to the warrant…
