MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – The Memphis Police Department has released surveillance video of what they say was a vehicle theft at the only emergency pet hospital open 24/7 in the Greater Memphis area.
MPD says the call came in from Memphis Veterinary Specialists & Emergency just before midnight on Sunday, March 16.
