WATERLOO, Iowa (KCRG) – A Waterloo man is in custody after police said he rammed a vehicle into a patrol vehicle, fled on foot, and showed signs of impairment after being arrested.
A criminal complaint says Daeonnis Gates, 21, of Waterloo, is charged with Assault on Persons in Certain Occupations for the incident.
