LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – The city of Lincoln provided a winter operations update prior to Wednesday’s Blizzard Warning.
A Blizzard Warning will be in effect from 4 a.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday, March 19. Wind gusts up to 70 mph with snow accumulation up to 10 inches are possible.
