Albany man arrested after shots fired investigation

ALBANY, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — Police arrested an Albany man on Tuesday night after an investigation into a shots fired incident. 44-year-old Franklin Glass is facing felony charges.

Glass is accused of firing a handgun several times into the air near Westerlo Street and Trinity Place on March 1 around 9:15 p.m., according to Albany Police. No injuries were reported.

Glass was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and first-degree reckless endangerment. He was taken to the Albany County Jail for holding after being arraigned at Albany City Criminal Court.
