OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Officials at Offutt Air Force Base sent notice Thursday that the base will be conducting the “largest and most intensive military exercise” in its history from March 31-April 4.
As a result, access to the base will be extremely limited. Anyone needing to go there — including veterans and retirees — are encouraged to complete their visit before March 31.
During the exercise, people who live nearby Offutt can expect more noise, more activity on and around the base, and frequent “Giant Voice” announcements to occur…
