A man died after a one-vehicle crash Monday in Eastland County, according to a media release from the Texas Department of Public Safety.
Cameron Bernard Murray, 37, of Garland was pronounced deceased at the Eastland Memorial Hospital emergency room Tuesday, the DPS said in the media release.
About 10:30 p.m. Monday, Murray was driving a 2024 Ford F-350 pickup towing a 2024 RawMaxx tilt-deck semi-trailer on Interstate Highway 20 about 3 miles east of Ranger, the DPS said…
