Golf clubs worth more than $2,500 stolen from Chesapeake store

CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — A pair of golf clubs worth more than a couple grand were stolen from a sporting goods store in Chesapeake on March 5, police said.

Chesapeake police are searching for the suspect after the individual walked into a sporting goods stores in the 1500 block of Sentinel Drive and took five golf clubs, four Taylormade Qi35 drivers and one Taylormade Qi35 Fairway wood. The suspect then left without paying.
