SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — The attorney representing the man accused of killing his son and girlfriend said the case may not be a debate over “what happened,” as in a double murder, but more so a case of “how or why” it happened.
Defense Attorney Shaun Chase spoke with NewsChannel 9 immediately after he waived the right to a preliminary hearing for his client, David Huff.
Huff was arraigned Wednesday on charges of murder, accused of shooting his 11-year-old son, Jeremiah Huff, and 32-year-old girlfriend, Yeraldith Tschudy, at his stepfather’s house in Syracuse.
