MOUNTAIN HOME, Ark. (KY3) – A man from Arkansas has been charged after fatally shooting a hotel employee over loud music.
According to Arkansas court records, Gary Frans is charged with first-degree murder and two counts of aggravated assault.
Investigators say on March 16, Mountain Home Police officers responded to a shooting at the Mountain Home Inn. When authorities got to Frans’ hotel room, they found him with a gun at his feet. He was arrested without incident…
