DALLAS — A 71-year-old woman was found fatally shot at a Dallas apartment on Thursday afternoon, officials said.
Janet Elaine Saunders was identified as the victim, according to the Dallas County Medical Examiner’s Office. She died in an apartment in the 2100 block of Medical District Drive, near the Medical District hospitals northwest of downtown.
