EUGENE, Ore. – Police issued trespassing citations to more than a dozen people on Wednesday after visiting a shut-down restaurant on Highway 99.
According to the Eugene Police Department, at about noon on March 19, an officer checked on a shut-down restaurant at 769 Highway 99, near Royal Avenue. Police said the property has been the subject of numerous complaints of trespassing, open drug use, littering, and illegal burning.
