The NYPD is investigating the death of a Brooklyn man in their custody who was found deceased in Criminal Court on Friday morning, just a week after another 20-year-old man died following a week at Rikers.
Police reported the discovery of Soso Ramishvili, 32, from Avenue X, found unresponsive in the Brooklyn courthouse around the early hours of 8:25 a.m. on March 21.
