ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Noah’s Ark Animal Clinic in Rockford waited five years to celebrate its grand opening, and community members helped them celebrate Sunday afternoon.
Noah’s Ark opened back in March of 2020, but the COVID-19 pandemic didn’t allow for the clinic to have a big gathering.
