The San Antonio Water System will pay customers even more this year to help replace thirsty grass with drought-tolerant plants.
The utility’s WaterSaver Landscape Coupons are now worth $125 each, up from $100 in previous years. Customers can apply for up to four coupons per year, bringing the maximum possible savings to $500.
