RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – Teglia’s Paradise Park is located right next to the border of Sparks but is still technically in Reno. And the city is putting together a master plan of things that could be improved.
“It’s a guiding document that helps us plan improvement,” explained Karina Mercier, the city’s park planner.
