I remember when I was away at college in Louisville, someone had even started a Facebook support group for everyone who lived away from OBKY. We desperately missed burgers through the garden, pigs in blankets, chili, and tater gems. Not to mention the shakes and ice cream!
Once upon a time, the sign of a true Owensboroan was whether or not they kept Dipper cash in their wallet. Now that they accept cards as payment, it is a whole new ballgame! We stop there all the time for a little treat. My current favorite is the Fruity Pebbles flurry, trust me, so good…
