A Panorama City man was arrested Tuesday for allegedly offering alcohol, drugs and soliciting sex from minors on social media in several communities throughout Southern California, including at least two teens in Santa Clarita.
Saul Alfaro , 37, of Panorama City was arrested and booked for enticement of a minor to engage in sexual activity, according to the results of a joint operation between Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Los Angeles and the Burbank Police Department.
Several victims, some as young as 12 years old, have been identified in the Southern California area, including the Santa Clarita Valley.
