MONROE Co., Mich. (WTVG) – A 49-year-old man was booked into the Monroe County Jail on multiple charges stemming from an incident at the Monroe County Community Credit Union, which led to a police chase through the county Tuesday.
According to a press release from the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, a deputy was dispatched to the credit union around 10:30 a.m. Tuesday for a report of a man threatening staff and demanding money. Before the deputy arrived, the suspect left the scene in a silver Chevrolet Impala.
