PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Philadelphia police have arrested a woman accused of killing her husband in Roxborough last week.
Just before 7 a.m. on March 19, police responded to a report of a person screaming. Officers arrived and found an unresponsive man on a plastic sheet between two parked cars. They said a gun was resting on his chest.
The victim was identified as 38-year-old Jordan Baxter, who officials said lived on Bells Mill Road, near Ridge Avenue. He was pronounced dead minutes after medics arrived…
