At least four San Antonio people injured after jumping from apartment building due to fire that was intentionally started

SAN ANTONIO — The fire department says at least four people jumped to escape a fire that may have been intentionally set at an apartment building on the northeast side of town Monday night.

Firefighters were called out to the 3900 block of Eisenhauer Road around 10:30 p.m. for reports of a fire.

Officials say that a couple was arguing and the man allegedly assaulted the woman, then locked her inside the unit, started a fire, then ran off. The 34-year-old suspect was found not far from the apartments by police and detained…
