Teenagers charged with disorderly conduct after shooting in Eugene, police say

Three teenagers were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct Tuesday over allegations of shooting a gun into the air on the 2100 block of Amirante Street in Eugene.

Police officers responded to the incident at 12:25 a.m., according to the Eugene Police Department. Callers reported a dispute and shots fired at the location, which led to an emergency response by local law enforcement.

Four male suspects were observed leaving the area in a white sedan, police said. After canvassing the scene of the shooting and locating spent shell casings, officers conducted a welfare check on the residents who reported the shooting. They recalled being confronted by people outside their home, and one individual is believed to have fired a weapon into the air.
