Reno, NEV — A developer wants to build a 273 unit, four story apartment complex at the site of the former Lakeridge Tennis Club in Reno.
The Plumas Redevelopment Project has already been approved by the Reno Planning Commission, but that decision is now being appealed by neighbors in the area near Plumas and South McCarran Boulevard. The City Council issued a 90 day pause on the issue and it’s now scheduled to be heard by the Council on April 23rd.
