PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS), Child Welfare Division, has issued an alert for 4-year-old Belia Cardoza, who went missing from Portland on March 19 with her father, Sammy Cardoza.
Belia Cardoza is described as having dark brown hair and hazel eyes, standing 3 feet tall and weighing 35 pounds. Her date of birth is July 13, 2020.
Authorities believe Belia may be at risk and are actively searching to ensure her safety.
