A city in the Houston metro has been named one of the best U.S. cities to live in by Niche, a review website that analyzes data around education, cost of living, job opportunities and other factors to produce ranks and lists revolving around quality of life topics.
The Woodlands was ranked No. 2 in the in the list, beating out many other cities with population of 100,000 residents or more including Columbia, Maryland; Overpark, Kansas; and Berkeley, California. Plano, a city in the Dallas suburbs, ranked sixth.
