YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A York County man is facing over 18 years in prison after previously pleading guilty to armed robbery offenses.
Jose Diaz-Garcia, age 24, of York, committed three armed robberies during a 5-day crime spree at the Smoke and Chill convenience store, the Family Dollar store, and Rod’s Corner Store in December 2021, according to the district attorney’s office.
