TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A Florida man won the top prize of $1,000 a day for life after he bought a winning lottery ticket at Publix.
The Florida Lottery announced Tuesday that Armando Xiques-Abbadie claimed the prize from the multi-state draw game, CASH4LIFE, from the Nov. 13, 2024 drawing. He chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $7 million.

The lottery said Xiques-Abbadie bought the ticket at the Publix located at 9951 W. Flagler Street in Miami. The store will receive a $10,000 bonus commission for selling the winning ticket…
