A murder suspect and mother are in jail after being arrested in Montgomery following a double homicide nearly three hours away in Panama City Beach. His stepdad is also facing charges after being arrested in a Florida county.
The investigation began shortly after 5 P.M. along Panama City Beach Parkway at Sunnyside Apartments after two female victims were found suffering from gunshot wounds. The females were later pronounced dead.
Officers with Panama City Beach Police Department and other agencies began searching for the suspects and after gathering witness statements, surveillance footage, and investigative efforts, 26-year-old Milan Prince Michele McKelvey, of Panama City Beach, was identified as the primary suspect.
