BREAKING — Just before 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 26, Kansas City Police Department (KCPD) officers responded to a reported shooting call at the 3700 block of St. John Ave., within the Historic Northeast.
Once on the scene, officers located an adult male in a convenience store parking lot near St. John and Monroe Avenues, who was experiencing gunshot wounds. While KCPD performed on-scene medical assistance, Emergency Medical Personnel (EMS) was requested.
