A fire broke out at a Phoenix scrapyard on Tuesday morning. The Phoenix Fire Department responded at approximately 11:30 a.m. near 23rd Avenue and Broadway Road. Officials reported that the fire started in a vehicle-crushing machine and spread to nearby cars. Crews used ladder trucks and hand lines to control the fire. No injuries were reported, and the cause is under investigation, according to FOX 10 Phoenix.
