Drug trafficking ring busted in Whitehaven; three arrested

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — An undercover investigation into a drug trafficking organization in Whitehaven that was allegedly responsible for the distribution of fentanyl and cocaine has landed three men in jail.

Nicholas Parker, 23; Preston Hill, 27; and Euriqueo Holloway, 48 are each facing a list of drug and weapon charges following the investigation, which began in February of this year.

Agents with the West Tennesse Judicial Violent Crime and Drug Task Force, in conjunction with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), say they began the investigation by purchasing fentanyl and cocaine multiple times from an apartment on Ila Court and a home on Barton Street.

Two search warrants were executed on Wednesday, leading to the seizure of a large amount of illegal drugs and guns.

In total, authorities say agents seized approximately three ounces of fentanyl, over 1,200 pressed counterfeit cocaine and methamphetamine pills made to look like alprazolam (Xanax) bars, two ounces of cocaine, 1.5 ounces of methamphetamine, six weapons, a kilo press with dyes (which is used to press power into brick kilos), two pounds of marijuana, and empty drug kilo wrappers…
