BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — A man and a woman who were accused of kidnapping a 70-year-old woman in Delano and attempting to steal $25,000 from her life savings were sentenced to two years in prison, according to the Kern County Superior Court website.
Claudia Castellanos Toqueca and Christian Rojas Chauta, both Colombian residents from Stockton, were arrested back in May 2024.
