AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — Amarillo Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of a man accused of shooting at a home or vehicle.
Joe Anguel Rico, 20, is wanted by the Potter County Sheriff’s Office for aggravated assault, discharge of a firearm at a habitation, building or vehicle, and for a probation violation – aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
