UPDATE (9:10 a.m.) — A suspect is in custody following a standoff that closed South Elwood Avenue and delayed classes at Jenks Northwest Elementary.
Jenks Public Schools said Northwest Elementary will begin classes at 9:45 a.m. for grades K-4 and at 10:30 a.m. for Pre-K.
