FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. ( DC News Now ) — Police in Fairfax County arrested three people accused of targeting Ulta stores in Virginia and Maryland to steal high-end fragrances.
The Fairfax County Police Department (FCPD) said that the arrests followed months of investigation. The suspects are allegedly tied to an organized retail theft operation.
