NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Speeding and alcohol were contributing factors after a fatal crash on Interstate 40 near the Interstate 440 junction, according to the Metro Nashville Police Department.
Police said 22-year-old Derrick P. Borchardt II, of Cookeville, was driving erratically and changing lanes across the interstate.
