HOUSTON — Some people are frustrated after another street takeover on Washington Avenue. It’s one of the many reasons why one family told KHOU 11 News they are leaving the neighborhood.
A KHOU 11 viewer sent us a video showing what appears to be a never-ending line of 3-wheelers causing major traffic problems Friday night.
