RENO, Nev. (News 4 & Fox 11) — Jacobs Entertainment, the developer behind Reno’s Neon Line District, announced Monday all housing units will be affordable at the company’s renovated Gibson Building and planned Bonanza Inn project.
The Gibson Building, located on the northeast corner of W. 2nd and Ralston streets, is now leasing with 18 affordable refurbished units, with rents set at 80% of the area median income.
Currently, that means rents cannot exceed $1,181 per month for an ‘efficiency’ unit and $1,380 per month for a one-bedroom unit…
