Kauai police arrest 6 people on outstanding warrants

KAUAI, Hawaii (Island News) – The Kauai Police Department (KPD) arrested six people who were wanted under various warrants.

“Addressing outstanding warrants is crucial in preventing crime from escalating,” stated Assistant Chief Kalani Ke.

Police took the following into custody on Wednesday, March 19, 2025:

  • Christian Kopps, 29, arrested for Criminal Trespassing in the Second Degree, Theft in the Fourth Degree, Violation of Release on Bail Limit, and Criminal Contempt of Court (Pictured: top left)
  • Gail Singley, 60, arrested for Violation of Release on Bail Limit. (Pictured: top middle)
  • Kalani Duhaylongsod, 52, arrested on two warrants for Criminal Contempt of Court and two warrants for Violation of Release on Bail Limit. (Pictured: top right)
  • Liana Lopes, 35, arrested for Failure to Appear. (Pictured: bottom left)
  • Micah Otani, 38, arrested for Revocation and Modification of Probation. (Pictured: bottom middle)
  • Tony Lakabung, 38, arrested for Revocation and Modification of Probation and Criminal Contempt of Court. (Pictured: bottom right)
