A Rock Hill middle school teacher and high school track coach has just been arrested on multiple charges related to the sexual exploitation of a minor, according to the York County Sheriff’s Office.
37-year-old Doug MacAlpine was a teacher at Castle Heights Middle School and became the head track coach of Rock Hill High School in September of 2023.
