SUMTER COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) — The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) announced that Justin J. Rhodes, 35, and Fuqron Nelson, 38, were arrested and charged with multiple counts of ill-treatment of animals and conspiracy.
Both men were taken into custody on Thursday following an investigation with help from the Sumter Police Department and the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office.
