EFFINGHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WSAV) — The Effingham County Sheriff’s Office (ECSO) issued an alert on their social media Wednesday:
“ LOCK YOUR DOORS: In the last 24 hours, there have a been a number of car break-ins reported to us in the Aurgia Farms neighborhood, Zeigler Fork Road and Park West areas. Please make sure to lock your vehicles and make sure valuables are not left in your vehicles in case of a break in. Our deputies have already recovered a few items that were taken in a few of these situations and we will share more information a bit later.
