MADISON, Wis. — The Dane County District Attorney’s Office said it will not press charges against the 17-year-old who has been accused of allegedly stabbing a family member Saturday, in a statement sent to News 3 Now Wednesday morning.
The deceased, 40-year-old Nicholas C. Velasquez, was in a physical fight with the teen when the teen allegedly pulled out a knife and stabbed Velasquez to death.
