BRADENTON, Fla. (WWSB) – It’s no secret that Manatee County looks very different than it did a few decades ago, but some say change is likely the new normal.
“I think Manatee County is going to grow faster in the next 25 years than it did in the last 25 years,” said developer Pat Neal.
