GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — A judge has delayed a decision on whether the man accused of killing a pregnant Loganville teen will be granted bond.
During a hearing Wednesday afternoon, Jesus Monroy’s attorneys argued for his release while prosecutors pushed to keep him in jail. The judge did not issue an immediate ruling but said she would decide by the end of the week.
