A suspect accused of raping a woman inside a storage unit in Marietta has been indicted, according to court documents.
Steven Obermeyer, 32, of Smyrna, is accused of holding a woman captive inside an NSA Storage unit, located at 1185 Cobb Parkway, police report.
According to his arrest warrant, between 5 a.m. and 6 a.m. on Dec. 30, 2024, Obermeyer allegedly forced the victim to remain inside a storage unit and prevented her from leaving by keeping the roll door of the unit shut.
